FS17 Favolosa Xylella Resistant Olive Tree

The FS17 Favolosa olive tree can be used both in the adult stage as a variety, and in the juvenile state as a rootstock.

La Favolosa has the following features:

• low vigor (can be used for high-density systems)
• entry into early production, (fruiting from the second year of planting)
• pendulous habit

The leaf, grey-green (upper page), medium-sized, has an elliptical shape and a flat curvature.

The structure of the little finger is short and compact; paniculated and spiciform in shape.

The color of the fruit when ripe is vinous red and the shape is spherical. The average weight is 2.5 g.

Resistance to parasites is medium, as regards peacock's eye, and medium-high, as regards mange.
