It belongs to the class of oxadiazines. 30% WG dose: 125 g/ha (37.5 grams of active substance)

dupont Steward is based on indoxacarb and has a high efficacy against the most common lepidopteran pests that afflict tomatoes.

It also has an ovicidal activity on some species, has an excellent eco-toxicological profile, is selective towards the main useful arthropods, and has a favorable residual profile. In the presence of Tuta absoluta of tomato, it is recommended to add a rapeseed oil-based adjuvant to the mixture.

Steward is also registered on vines, fruit and other vegetables, is resistant to leaching, is effective even at high temperatures, is persistent, has a short safety interval, is selective on useful arthropods and crops.

Question: Buongiorno, vorrei sapere cosa posso abbinare x abbattere gli adulti della tuta absoluta. Coltivo pomodori in serra fredda, e non so più come debellare questo insetto. Grazie Nicola Carrillo

Answer: da un paio d'anni abbiamo testato una strategia composta da: Tutaroll = trappola con feromone Poi vi consiglio di trattare miscelando al principio attivo un prodotto che si chiama EVOHL: un concime che ha effetto di repellenza nei confronti di numerosi insetti.
