As a fungicide, potassium bicarbonate is particularly effective. Coming into contact with the leaf page and other plant tissues, it immediately raises the pH value to at least 6.4 and the action on the pathogen is rapid and direct, as the osmotic pressure varies and the growth of the mycelium is inhibited with the collapse of the surface spores. It is effective for the control of fungal diseases such as: Downy mildew, Powdery mildew, Botrytis, molds in general, Scab, Monilia and Bulla.

Doses and methods of use:

•  Use a dosage of 30 - 40gr/10 liters of water, sprinkling on leaves, stem and fruits in the periods most prone to the development of fungal attacks. Repeat the treatments in case of rain and on each new vegetative growth.
