Utilization:

Effective for the control of young larvae of various species of thrips.

How does that work:

The predatory mite pierces the prey with its stinging/sucking mouth, taking its contents.

Product Specifications:

1000 ml bottle or 6 liter bucket, with 1,000 or 100,000 or 500,000 predatory mites inside.

How to use:

Turn the bottle upside down and shake gently, press the cap  in the center to  be able to open the dosing hole and sprinkle the product on the leaves or create piles to be inserted on rock wool slabs.

Introduce the product evenly.

Dosages:

The dosage of Thripex depends on the climate, the crop, the density of the pests   and should always be adapted to the specific situation. Start the introduction in advance. Introduction dosages generally range from 50 to 100 per m2/release. Make a second deployment only if absolutely necessary.

Environmental conditions:

Thripex is most effective at temperatures between 15 and 25 °C

It is not effective at temperatures above 30 °C and is  sensitive to a relative humidity of less than 70%.

Joint Use:

Do not use in conjunction with other generic predatory mites.

Since the application of this product may result in sensitization or allergic reactions, it is recommended that you take the necessary precautions.

Storage and packaging:

Since biological control products have a (very) short life cycle, they should be introduced into the crop as soon as possible after receipt.

The shelf life is 1 - 2 days after its receipt.

Store the product at a temperature of 10-15 °C and away from light sources.
