" I use the entire package of Entonem, dissolved in 10 liters of water on about 50 square meters of surface. I use it to fight midge attacks in my mushroom farm. As a tool for applying entonem, I use a watering can with rose or a backpack pump from which I remove the filters and nets".
ENTONEM KOPPERT can be applied foliar (against the larvae of thysanoptera) or on the ground (against thearvae of the sciaridae sciaridae , the pupae of the thysanoptera and the larvae of the oziorhynchus of the vine Otiorhynchus sulcatus).
Used for the control of the following pests:
- Fly larvae (diptera): Sciarids (Lycoriella spp., Bradysia spp.), scatella flies (Scatella spp.), leaf miners (Liriomyza spp.).
- Pupae and larvae of thrips (Thysanoptera), including Western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis)

How ENTONEM works :
Once the product is applied, the nematodes will actively seek out the prey and penetrate it. Then, through the production of specific bacteria secreted by the digestive system, they will feed on the host's tissues converted into food by the bacteria. The larvae will die in a few days.
How to prepare the solution to be misted:
About 30 minutes before application, it must be removed from the fridge and brought to room temperature (20° C). Cut the bag into small pieces (250 ml. of nematodes) and pour into 5 liters of water (temperature between 15° and 20°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes. Resume mixing until the lumps disappear, and then pour it into the final tank. Use immediately.
Means for application (remove all filters) maximum pressure of 12 bar :
- watering can
- irrigation system
- knapsack sprayer
- vehicle-mounted sprayer
Minimum spray nozzle opening: 0.5 mm (500 microns). During application, stirring should continue to prevent nematodes from settling on the bottom.
Ground Application:
Dose 0.5 million nematodes per m², towater the soil before and after application and keep the soil moist for 2 weeks.
Foliar application:
Dose 0.25 million nematodes per m² mixed in 0.125 litres of nebulised solution (= 1.250 litres/hectare). If possible, use a wetting agent that will increase its effectiveness. The treatment should be repeated every week for as long as necessary.
The soil temperature should be between 8° and 33°C. Do not use ENTONEM in direct sunlight, only carry out treatments in the evening.
