The level of chlorophyll is a precise index of the state of ripeness of the fruits. 

The Turoni DA-Meter allows you to determine the most appropriate period in which to start harvesting.
In addition, during the storage of the fruits in the cells, it allows the fruits with the right degree of ripeness to be offered to the market.
This very useful tool for measuring fruit ripeness is used throughout the fruit and vegetable supply chain, from the field to the point of sale.
