  • Leccino: produces high-quality black olives with a sweet and light flavor.

  • Cima di Melfi, an evergreen shrub with an expanded habit and high vigor with a thick foliage that has very resistant, dark green leaves.
  • Racioppella: evergreen tree and a broad-leaved tree, whose vegetative activity is almost continuous, with attenuation in the winter period. It is a common variety between Campania, Basilicata and Calabria. It has a small, thorny leaf and bears fruit in bunches. It resists the cold and ripens later than other varieties.
