Each product is accompanied by a representative image and an information and technical sheet, indicating all the characteristics of the same (the reference image is for information purposes only).

Packages are generally sent within 2/4 ( working) days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier BRT Bartolini, GLS, SDA POSTE ITALIANE, or ONE EXPRESS ( in case of pallets) with tracking. The seller reserves the right to change the courier chosen by the Customer when ordering for any reason related to better availability of the delivery address.

Conditions for the transport of pallets with ONE EXPRESS: delivery of the pallet is intended to be "to the house", with hydraulic tailgate. Any additional requests (e.g. porterage, or unloading within residence) are to be agreed upon separately). The pallet will be prepared only after payment is received and will be delivered to the courier on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery is estimated in 5 working days from the time the shipment is picked up (barring unforeseen circumstances).

Since the catalog on the site includes both products in stock ready for delivery and products to be ordered (and which may possibly also be shipped directly from the supplier; such as products KOPPERT, TR Turoni, etc.), the seller reserves the right to ship to the customer all the goods purchased (and therefore also those that may already be in stock) upon arrival of the supply and therefore when the product marked as to be ordered becomes available.

The products on the site are, in fact, marked"available", if already in stock and available for prompt delivery, or marked"available on order" and with indicative days of re-supply, for those not in stock and to be ordered.

In case of purchase, by credit cards, Satispay, of product for the use of which the patent is required, where the buyer is not in possession of it or in the case of inconvenient location not selected, or following a request for order cancellation, the order will be reversed and the amount paid will be refunded after deducting an amount of '2.5% + € 0.35 on the transaction (with a minimum of € 2.00) equal to the commission due to the manager of payments and order processing costs. The seller may request verification of the patent even after the buyer completes the order, via whatsapp or email. In this case, the buyer must provide a copy of the double-sided patent and other required documents. In case the buyer does not produce the documents required by the seller lordine will be considered void and the amount of the order will be refunded in the manner described above.

Transaction costs of wire transfers (including transfers outside Europe) are always borne by the customer.

For special shipping requirements such as:

• call before delivery
• deliver to the floor

purchase one of the following shipping accessories and indicate in the order notes the delivery requirements based on the service chosen.

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent in both steps, he/she will have to arrange to pick up the package at the GLS location or post office (depending on the courier chosen) within 10 days. In the event that the package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, a refund of the amount paid will be made, less transportation costs, storage costs, and return costs to the sender.

All prices quoted are deemed to include V.A.T. and net of shipping charges and order processing costs.

Upon completion of the purchase transaction, the Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will include a summary of the order, the total amount of the same and the reference order number to be used for any further communication with Sherena srl.

Anyone who needs an INVOICE INCORRECTED TO THEIR COMPANY must necessarily select, as type of address in the drop-down menu that appears in step 3, the item "company "and fill in the mandatory fields that will then appear relating to company data. In case it is a sole proprietorship, it will also be necessary to indicate the tax code in addition to the VAT number.

The electronic invoice will be sent upon successful shipment of the purchased goods.

It is emphasized that, for the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the purchase order is authentic; no change in the invoice data will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

Please note that, as required by law, goods shipped with an invoice in the name of the company can in no way benefit from the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" formula, but can be replaced or exchanged for another of equal value.

FOR THE PURCHASE OF PHYTOPHARMACEUTICALS:

In case errors are found and/or otherwise at its own discretion, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. In the case of non-acceptance of the purchase order, Sherena srl will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail and will provide a full refund of the amount received.

Regarding payment methods, payments will be accepted by: bank transfer, credit cards (via PAYPLUG circuit), cash on delivery (up to 30 kg) .

Specific conditions regarding the products KOPPERT

The products KOPPERT are characterized by their rapid perishability. They are shipped directly from the manufacturing company at the beginning of the week and generally delivery takes place within the same week of shipment. The customer, at the time of the conclusion of the order, automatically accepts the risk of any delay in delivery due to causes attributable to the courier and accepts, consequently, the risk of receiving the product deteriorated renouncing the repetition of the price or any claim for compensation against the Seller. An order is considered completed only when the transaction is credited, whether by bank transfer or card payment. An order pending payment is not completed. The date of shipment of KOPPERT products will therefore depend on the date when payment is credited. Each product KOPPERT has different shipping timelines and they are listed on the product page.

The placing of an order and subsequent payment entails the customer's unconditional acceptance of all of these Terms of Purchase.

These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms of Purchase") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), Section II Distance Contracts (art. 50 - 67) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003).

We assume no responsibility for any typographical errors due to the printing or inclusion on the site of our price lists and catalogs, as well as any errors in the inclusion of photos relating to the items for sale and errors in the sale price or discount percentages and any kind of error that may generate an incorrect calculation of the total amount to be paid.

We kindly ask you to notify us of any errors you find on our site, we will correct them immediately.

As required by law we apply the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" formula within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To avail yourself of this Guarantee you must send us an e-mail notifying us that you intend to return the merchandise to us. The return of the goods will be at your expense and only by "Express Courier".

The package must be returned undamaged and well packed and the products inside must be complete with original packaging as received.

Once we receive the package and check the goods, within 7 days. lav. we will send a refund of the price paid (excluding all shipping costs) only by bank transfer, so in the e-mail you must tell us the coordinates to make the transfer.

Please note that for tax reasons, the beneficiary of the refund by bank transfer must necessarily be the one who placed the order.

The availability of the product in the data sheet is intended purely indicative, some items may go temporarily under stock preventing us from shipping on time, it will still be guaranteed shipment within the time limits prescribed by law and we will notify you of the delay by e-mail and process the order as soon as possible.

Orders will also be partially filled if one or more items are not available in any of our warehouses and where we are uncertain of the delivery date of the new supply.

You will, of course, be notified by e-mail and will automatically receive a discount voucher in the amount of the goods paid for but not shipped. We remind you that the voucher does not expire and will be automatically deducted from the system on a future order. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL C1 right of withdrawal information, links and accessibility

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effect of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.

Refunds may be suspended until you have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
