MT-65246   in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), in accordance with the regulations indicated, informs you that the treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Sherena srl  does not want to contribute in any way to the rampant phenomenon of spamming on the Internet.
To this end, we inform you that your data will not be disseminated on the network or transferred to third parties under any circumstances, without prejudice to any legal obligations and technical needs related to the provision of the service.

The processing will be carried out with the help of IT tools by the Data Controller and the operators appointed by him.

The processing is aimed at providing the services requested, processing statistics on the use of the services themselves and sending promotional information (where this has been specifically authorised).

I therefore provide you, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), with the following information.

  • Legal obligations;
  • Sending commercial proposals and/or quotes;
  • Sending emails related to discounts on abandoned carts;
  • Receive technical assistance;

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Website, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization works by shortening the IP address of Users within the borders of the member states of the European Union or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your personal data are processed both on paper and electronically.

4. Duration of treatment

With reference to the personal data subject to Processing, the same will be stored in compliance with the principle of proportionality and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued or until – if earlier – the specific consent is revoked by the data subject applicable at any time.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes.
If the user decides to register on the site, the expiry of the processing will be automatically renewed until the request for cancellation by the same.

5. Mandatory or optional nature of consent

Access to and navigation of the Site are free, but the possibility of receiving assistance, making purchases, and sending communications is allowed only with the authorization and consent of the interested party.
If the visitor intends to register, he must fill in an online form in which he is asked to indicate some personal data necessary for the activation of authentication credentials (login + password) with which the interested party will access all the functions reserved for registered users. 

Further primary purposes of the processing are represented by the need to allow the fulfilment of your requests and to allow the possible management of orders also from a fiscal and administrative point of view. 
Any refusal to provide such data would lead to the non-performance of the contract and/or the non-continuation of the relationship.

6. Communication of data

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letters a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and Article 6 letters b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2) to judicial authorities as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
Your data will not be disseminated.

7. Data transfer

Personal data are stored on servers located in Italy, within the European Union.
In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU.
In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.

8. Rights of the data subject

In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights to:

obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
obtain indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge;
obtain: a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or by traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail.

Where applicable, he also has the rights referred to in art. 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
