The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. Simply add the items to your cart to get a quote for shipping costs.
The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2/4 (working) days from receipt of payment and are shipped by GLS - BRT - SDA POSTE ITALIANE - ONE EXPRESS courier with tracking.
- CHRONO/POSTEDELIVERY SHIPPING: 2/7 WORKING DAYS (starting from collection by the courier)
- GLS/BRT DISCOLORATION excluding the minor islands: 1/3 WORKING DAYS (starting from collection by the courier)
- ONE EXPRESS: pallets (usually over 80 kg) are only picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays . Pallets are shipped longer than parcels. It may happen that the ONE EXPRESS courier has a full vehicle on the day of collection. In this case, the shipment will be entrusted to the next collection (Tuesday-Thursday).
Are you often away from home or do you have problems with delivery? Conveniently pick up your shipment at a BRT, GLS, POSTE collection point. Make the GREEN choice, think in an Eco-sustainable way, with less CO2 emissions.
- COLLECTION POINT : it is possible to have the shipment delivered to a collection point at the over 200,000 Collection Points managed by the main national and international operators (newsagents, stationery shops, post offices, lockers, tobacconists, shops and service stations).
The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent in both steps, he must collect the package at the GLS/BRT office or the post office (depending on the courier chosen) within 10 days. In the event of return to the sender of the package due to non-collection, a refund of the amount paid will be made, net of transport costs, storage costs and return costs to the sender.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
In case of absence, your order will go into storage at the shipper's location.
The prices of each item are always inclusive of VAT. If, in periods subsequent to the date of printing of the catalogues, changes in VAT rates and other indirect taxes occur, the corresponding price changes will be applied more or less. Transport costs, as a flat-rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary VAT.
To find out the amount of shipping costs, simply add the items you intend to purchase to your cart. A quote for shipping costs based on weight will automatically appear (for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia the amount will be slightly increased)
Anyone who needs the INVOICE IN THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY
must necessarily request it during the purchase phase, filling in the fields relating to:

- Tax Code (MANDATORY FOR SOLE PROPRIETORSHIPS)
For special shipping needs, such as "call before delivery" it is necessary to purchase the telephone notice at the time of purchase.

In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, what the Customer has ordered will be kept committed until the transfer is received (credit to the bank). The shipment of what has been ordered will take place only when the amount due is actually credited to the account of sherena srl, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. After these deadlines, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.

Courier delivery times: 1/3 days for parcels from 5 to 30 kg - 4/8 days for pallets or parcels over 90 kg, depending on the location to be reached.

Instructions on the collection of our. Shipments
- It is the responsibility of the freight forwarder to transport the goods carefully and to activate the delivery so that they are intact and undamaged.
- It is your responsibility, or in any case that of those you delegate to collect the shipment:
- ensure that the shipment is in good condition,
- Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is reported on our transport document and on the courier's bulletin.
We remind you that any disputes must be noted before affixing the "signature" which, by definition, definitively ends the delivery and frees the shipper from his responsibilities.
Raising reservations about shipping, obviously where they are justified, is a right guaranteed by Article 1698 of the Civil Code, the freight forwarder or whoever on his behalf cannot oppose your exercise of this right.
The delivery of the shipment

Verification operations and any written objections must reach us within 8 (calendar) days following the date of delivery.
Shipment control
After delivery, open the individual boxes of the products, carefully check that the material contained in them is intact (especially in the case of fragile products) and that the products correspond in quality and quantity to our. DDT/accompanying invoice.
If material is missing and the package has arrived open, tampered with, damaged, we ask you to notify us immediately (NO LATER than 8 calendar days from the date of delivery), indicating exactly the number of packages received.
