The fruit of the Limequat begins to ripen from November.

It is harvested from November to March when it is still green. Later, after maturation, it takes on an intense yellow color.

The fruit can be eaten with the peel which is sweet and aromatic. 

The plant is sold in a 20 cm pot, about 2 years old and about 100 cm tall.
